1. How do I post an ad?

Posting ads to is quick, easy and free. Just click the “Post free ad” button in the top-right corner of the page and then follow the subsequent instructions.

An ad should include a convincing title and a detailed description. You can upload up to 5 images to your ad. If you don't have a account yet, be sure to confirm your email address so that your ad can be brought online.

2. Can I use HTML tags or URLs in my ads? allows HTML (limited) and linkable URLs in ads on the site. However, if your ad only consists of links it will not be accepted. Furthermore, you are not allowed to link to other classifieds sites, even if it is only to bring attention to another ad.

3. What can I do to increase the amount of clicks and inquiries my ad receives?

If you want your ad to receive more inquiries faster, we offer a solution called Premium Features. With Premium Features, your ad stands out among the rest, appearing either at the top of users' search results or in a special gallery to the right of them. This makes your ad more attractive and appealing and draws more attention to it. For more information, visit our Info page. Ads with images are generally more successful than ads without images. The more detailed you describe your ad, the more likely it will be found by other users. Tell your friends about! Share your ad on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. The more people visiting, the more views and inquiries your ad will receive.

Posting problems 

1. Why have I not received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, consider checking your spam folder. If you can't find the email there, please contact us via our Contact form.

2. Why was my ad removed from the site?

There are several reasons why an ad could be removed from Your ad violates our Prohibited Content Policy
The ad was posted in multiple cities
The ad was posted more than once
The ad has expired and was not renewed

3. How can I edit or delete my ad?

You may log in to your account anytime to delete your ad. You will find the overview of your ads under “My Ads”.

4. Why is my ad still “pending”? What does “pending” mean?

If your ad is “pending”, it means that it still has to go through the review process. This takes quite some time because it is a first-come, first-served basis.


1. How can I create an account?

Registering on is free. Creating an account just takes a few steps. Click on “My” in the top-right corner of the page. Then click “Register in 20 seconds”. There you can register with your email address. If you register with your email address, you will then need to confirm your email address and create a username and password.

2. What can I do if I forget my password?

To get a new password, click on “Log in” below “My”. On the left menu bar, click on “Forgot password?” and enter your email address or username. We will then send you an email with a link that allows you to enter a new password. In the future, you can use your new password to log in.

3. How can I delete my account?

Log into your account as usual. Before you delete your account, you have to delete your ads. Hover over the “Settings” option within the menu bar at the top of the page and select “Delete account”.

About Ads on the Site

1. Does offer any type of mediation between buyers and sellers? is a local platform to connect buyers and sellers. All transactions and the details of the transactions are completed between the two parties. At no time does get involved in these details or the transaction itself. We do not offer any type of verification as to who a person is. If you have any questions or concerns about a transaction, please contact the other party and do your best to resolve the situation between the two of you. If you feel you have been defrauded, contact your local police department.

2. Is free? is absolutely free. No hidden costs arise with the creation, modification, usage or deletion of an ad, nor through contacting an advertiser. All features are completely free. However, for a small fee you have the option to add Premium Features to your ad.

3. How can I contact a employee?

If you have any questions regarding an ad, your account, or if you encounter problems using, use our contact form to get in touch with a customer support employee. If you are referring to a specific ad, please make sure you provide us with the ad ID which you can find to the right of each ad, or send us the link to the ad.
